But, most of all, I am inspired by my jazz pianist father & composer: Stanley Cowell. I am inspired by beautiful melodies, and acoustic instruments, that create an organic sound, electronic contrasts & modern beats/ percussion paired with quality composition.
Where you wanna be in 10 years?: “I want to have a dedicated & expanded fan base, as well as have many of my songs featured in TV shows & films.”

Well, to tell you something about myself, I’m #sunnycowell the daughter of Stanley Cowell, as many of you might’ve guessed. But, that is not the first thing I’d want people to gather about me because it is much more exciting for you to realize that I’m very talented; in many ways. For starters, I’m a singer, songwriter & musician; who is in love with what I do. I don’t only make music, but I live it through & through as well, with all my life & essence. Perhaps you could’ve figured that out by watching my music videos & seeing the glare in my eyes.

Besides music, I #sunnycowell also have a personal life: an attorney, a professor, a wife & most of all, an enthusiastic traveler. My traveling journey has molded & shaped me into the person I am today. For better or worse, I feel that all of life’s adversities exist to make me indestructible.
