I just looked at his Facebook page. There are posts denying they are the same guy. There’s also a WordPress post debunking the connection. I will say in some shots, you’ll notice his left eye doesn’t open as much as his right. Other shots, that feature is flipped. What do you think? I’m not completely sure myself.
I’m inclined to agree with you. Look at his eyes, with his left one closed a bit compared to the right at 1:06 on your video. Then go to his Facebook page, “Please look before you post…” At 2:14 you have the identical eye characteristic.
I do try to be careful on these. I have at least two doubles out there, close enough that a friend once got pissed at “me” when I didn’t say hello back on the street. Never mind I was in another state at the time. 🙂

He’s clearly the same guy… side profiles are identical in my opinion
