guaifenesen works the best. I scare away strep throat and the sick people with garlic, it’s anti-viral and tasty too.

Do you have ginger? If not mix palm oil and sugar (as recommended by a good friend whose had the same symptoms you’re experiencing). Wish you a speedy recovery 🙂

I rushed out already and spent $30.49 on Mucinex… I was feeling so horrible!!! Prayerfully this works… Thanx for your help too though.
