I am in Texas but I have seen them in gas stations all around and there are other brands that are the same Cig2O is another I have used They look like cigarettes the part that looks like the filter is the cartridge which are easy to change

Vuse electronic cigarettes are found at most gas stations and are reasonably priced usually ten dollars or less come with two cartridges which are equal to two packs

yes they come with a charger and you can buy replacement cartridges too a lt costs a little less than a pack when you break down the cost
