Things are looking UP for me, and that covers a multitude of the previous bad… Hallelujah!!!

The pic is Carrot Top, my son’s fiance’s son. He’s been in the family for eleven years, and he’s loved and accepted just as my biological grand babies.

Forgive me for it being sooooooo low, I was sneaking and making this Vlog, at work in the break room. This is one of my early morning days SMH, having to get up and leave out while it’s still dark. But, I will not complain, because going in like that guarantees me eight hours… Ooooooooohhhhhhhhh yoppington šŸ™‚ šŸ™‚ šŸ™‚

Gotta really get more serious about Church. The same way I didn’t miss school not one day, and wouldn’t dare EVER miss work, I can’t be lenient about about the importance of seeking the face of God EVERY single time them doors open. I’m pressed to be at work to pay bills, by trivial things and make sure I’m up on the latest fashion, and I was sooooooo haaaappppyyyy about trynna obtain my degree, to the point where missing class was Neeeeeevvvveeerr an option… Sick, sleepy or half dead, it didn’t matter, I had a goal and I wouldn’t deviate. Buuuuuutttttttt, it’s OK to miiiiisssssssssss Church several times a month, even after I begged for Sundays off and finally got iiiiittttttttt… Where’s my loyalty to God??? ALL while I’m depending on Him to Bless me with 40 hrs a week at work, a home of my own and Salvation for my entire family. That’s simply me using God as a spare tire, only getting benefits out of Him when it’s in my favor. Not right at ALL, and must change immediately!!!

  1. So happy things are looking up for you. I have had you on my mind. I am a deacon at my church, but I don’t go a lot in the summer. I take a break from a lot of things. But I honestly feel weird when I do not attend. That hour and a half really does wonders. Since September has started, we are there every Sunday no matter how tired we are. Sleepover for my daughter? Still wake her up for church. My birthday celebration? Had to go to church first. I’m basically just agreeing with you in saying that we all make time for everything else and the most important place to go to church isn’t always a priority. I can tell you that when it is, it does wonders. So happy things are on the upward swing for you!

  2. I recommend seeking God’s face daily…in the times I have spent with Him, just seeking his face just being in his presence has been wonderful…it’s a bit like going to a class vs. being taught by the professor Himself you begin to think, move and have your being in Him and it will show over time, the more time you give to Him, sometimes it’s a bit like snagging yourself by the collar with cold water on your face, but it will pay off…bring a pen, and write down what God shows you in a yearly read through the bible plan of your choice, you’d be surprised how scriptures and real life events begin to gel with what you are reading…It’s worth the sacrifice so worth it…

        1. Likewise, I love you as well, and my Faith keeps me believing that He’s working. I’m sure it’ll ALL come full throttle very soon… He’s definitely good, and I know for sure that He hasn’t left me… It’s just that our timing isn’t comparable to His. Therefore, I’ll continue to wait patiently… Thanx for your AWESOME words of encouragement šŸ™‚
