Da Ugly Ducklin – The Transparent Me 8/3/15 (DAY 15)

Today is MAKE EM SMILE MONDAY

Contradictory Vlog: Yesterday I stated we must love in spite of. Then, I turn right around and ditch my husband to sleep on the streets.

Ironically, I have every reason not to smile.

My daughter nearly died behind illicit drugs.

Misplaced anger towards my mother-in-law SMH.

The BREADWINNER can’t even get a decent meal???!!!

The effects of K2 on your marriage, family and life.

Get rid of your flesh, it destroys you and others you interact with.

Should you leave your spouse for indulging in drugs, simply because they’re irresponsibly still doing it, even after something bad has happened.

  1. Praise God for loving us soooo much – that He is always with us, and never forsakes us! We are the apple of His eye! In bringing all my burdens to Jesus, He rescues me from the great lion and the serpent – myself! Wanted to share this astounding word with a dear sister: But God demonstrated his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us… if, when we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, HOW MUCH MORE, having been reconciled, SHALL WE BE SAVED BY HIS LIFE? (Romans 5:8,10 emphasis mine). God bless you today and always!

  2. Passion, when I question things I find that prayers and studying the bible works for me. Here what happen yesterday evening with me. I been studying Heaven, when I pick up the book I’ve been reading I was attack with doubt. I stop reading and prayed with my hand on the bible; eyes closed asking for guidance and help. I open the bible and the right scripture was there. I ask God for help and get help. Ask God what needs to be done and be open to receive the answers. When I first started doing this it was a little scarily getting answers, but now I’m more confident in them. I don’t know if it will work for you, but you could try. I hope today was better for you and I will be praying for you.
Here is the scripture that helped me: Ecclesiastes 3:1 “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven…”

    From my pastor blog: jesustrek.wordpress.com/2015/06/11/need-some-help-2/
A minister was conducting a graveside service at a cemetery on the top of a steep hill. It was a cold, wintry day, and snow covered the ground. As the preacher was reading from the Bible, the casket began to slide on the slick surface. Before anyone could stop it, it picked up speed and started down the incline. When it reached the highway, the speeding casket zipped across the street and into the parking lot of the local pharmacy. It just so happened that someone was leaving, so they held the door open as the casket sped inside. When it slammed into the counter, the lid sprang open and the man inside sat up and asked, “Do you have anything to stop this coughin’?”

There’s no point to this story. I just thought you might need to laugh today.
